By using the Marra Cars website or booking a journey with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
About Us
Marra Cars is a UK-based taxi and private hire company operating across Newcastle, North Tyneside, and Northumberland.
Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or other approved communication methods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup times, locations, and contact details.

Marra Cars is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Fares & Payment

Fares will be agreed at the time of booking where possible.

Tolls, congestion charges, airport barrier entry fees, parking charges, and any similar access fees are payable as extra and are not included in the quoted fare unless explicitly stated.

Additional charges may also apply for waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the journey.

Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking.

All fares must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

Late cancellations or failure to attend a pre-booked journey (“no-show”) may result in a charge.

Airport and long-distance bookings may have specific cancellation terms, which will be explained at the time of booking.
Punctuality & Delays

While we aim to provide a punctual service at all times, Marra Cars cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.

Customers are advised to allow sufficient time when booking journeys to airports, ports, or stations.
Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers at all times.

Marra Cars reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, threatening, or behaving in an unsafe manner.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may be charged to the customer.
Children & Safety

It is the customer’s responsibility to request child seats where required at the time of booking.

Children must be appropriately restrained in accordance with UK law.
Lost Property

Marra Cars is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

We will make reasonable efforts to return lost property if found, but cannot guarantee recovery.
